This project showcases Sufexin Laser's capabilities in providing customized solutions for large-scale industrial cleaning applications. Addressing the specific need for rust removal from dump truck bodies, the company supplied a 6000W high-power intelligent laser cleaning system (Model ZLC-6070). Through a design featuring high precision, automation, and multi-axis linkage, the system achieves efficient and uniform cleaning of large-area, complex workpieces.
Following multiple rounds of testing and validation, the process engineering team confirmed that laser welding fully meets all requirements regarding weld quality, electrical conductivity, and efficiency. Based on the standard DLW-2000A enclosed-platform laser welding machine, the system was customized to integrate functions such as welding head clamping, visual positioning, enclosure dust removal, and safety interlocks, thereby achieving high-precision recognition and stable automated welding. The project progressed efficiently—from design and manufacturing through to testing—culminating in a successful delivery that earned the client's full approval; this outcome vividly demonstrates the technical advantages and practical value of laser welding in the manufacturing of new energy batteries.
